no its called automation… the person isnt actually playing the toons they are given teh 1 push comand from the main account. just that blizzard sees $$$$$ so they dont care and allow it

It is replicating a single keystroke across multiple instances of a game and allowing players to do things at faster than human reaction times across multiple characters.
It smells like automation, it acts like automation, it has literally the same effect on the game as botting and instead of admitting it y’all like to dig in deep w/ the slimmest of technicalities.

You can setup rotations for each character you are playing!
So you can press the 1 key and…
Character 1 uses the A keybind
Character 2 uses the B keybind
Character 3 uses the C keybind
Character 4 uses the D keybind
Character 5 uses the E keybind
Character 6 uses the F keybind
Character 7 uses the G keybind
Character 8 uses the 4 keybind
Character 9 uses the 6 keybind
Character 10 uses the 7 keybind
Those one click one key right…
The next press presses different keys on those other accounts…

What it comes down to is that a single player collecting 2-40 times the resources as someone else playing one account does have an effect on other people. How much is up for debate, which is why these threads pop up so often.
“One action per keypress per account.” is also up for debate, that’s the grey area. It’s intentionally vague and neutral, and to my knowledge has never been given a concrete definition as to how key cloning software plays into that statement.
