With one of the shortest seasons so far and people barely full vengeful, S3 gear needs to be available for honor.
I don’t care if your rushing seasons and getting us to wrath quicker, but please either double arena points per week or give players a chance to catch up.

People will hardly have any points for the gear in pre-season and playing catch-up again in s4
When S3 ends, S2 gear will go to honor vendors and S3 gear will be discounted on arena vendors. If you don’t like this, that’s too bad.
As someone who has weapons and shoulders I will end up being short on my gloves. I couldn’t even get full season 3 gear. You know what I’m going to do for season 4? Nothing, I’m not even going to participate in it. This has seriously soured me. If it wasn’t for the amazing guild I lead I would have unsubbed. My arena partners and I are completely perplexed at this season being cut as much as it has. But hey could be worse, I could be a hunter and only have 4-8 weeks to get the leggo bow.
Ah yes, because honor gear being 2 seasons behind the current season is something that never changes right? Totally not something that was fixed in future pvp expansions

Buying the rest of the pieces with honor points, that we would have gotten anyway if the season had lasted longer (a more appropriate length) seems to be the best way to go.
To be honest, the gear one season behind should have ALWAYS cost honor points since s1 this time around.
Considering season 3 has been cut by 50%, put season 3 gear in the honor vendor pls thx

I have 5k points and I am only on 1700 rating in 2s on my pve char. Thats pretty much the full set on offseason without any effort.
If we were playing TBC then this season would have been 7 months long, not 17 weeks. You can’t tell me with a straight face saying any of this is fair or good for the PvP scene.
They need to change someone for S4 as I was hoping to start saving points for my resto set to try out healing in 2s. But hey guess what? I now have to save points just to afford the last two enhance pieces, even when averaging 850 points per game.

You have to be 70 to participate in arena.
Also, if you were serious out PvP you would have spent your points to upgrade to S3 gear as it was optimized for actual dps/healing gains.
For the people who spend their points to push ladder have a bitter taste in our mouths. We can’t even enjoy arena fully Veng gear this season.
It’s clearly easy enought to get proper PvP gear on alt with the latest change they made with honor.
Giving free PvP gear won’t increase arena participation. We had month to get PvP gear. So, if arena participation didn’t rise it’s because most of the players don’t really care about try harding in arena and just want to do few matches to get theirs arena points.

Yes I know. If you actually want to push for duelist / gladiator then you need the gear and the time it takes is too long compared to how short a season lasts.
It would be a terrible mistake to award s3 gear for honor.
If you want arena gear play arena during the season and buy it when the rating requirement is removed and it’s half off.
