I messed up, I’ll admit it, I bought the wrong tier piece for my mage and equipped it. Now it’s completely useless and will rot in my bags. I opened a support ticket and prayed. Received a response from a GM that they are unable to help with exchanging the item and recommended I come here to voice my concern on getting that changed to allow them to assist. I spent 3 weeks getting this item, many hours wasted, pretty sure I am going to just stop playing because of how disheartening it is. Every phase the DPS tier pieces are listed on the first page and the healing pieces on the second. Not sure why it was swapped this phase. I reached out on the mage discord and have 4 other people do the exact same thing and feel just as I do. Please just let the GM’s be able to assist with wrong item exchanges. Why does it feel like you hate your players blizzard?
That isn’t really a request that Support can grant, Shifftted. We don’t set policy and procedure.
If you believe our policies should be changed you’ll want to submit a suggestion. You could post in a Community forum like General Discussion, but these kinds of suggestions are often best submitted via the in-game option in the Support menu.
