Hello, hope you’re all well…
I have very complex issue ranging from 2 years ago being hacked and missing account items. My ticket time says 35 days 13hours, and that seems like an awfully long time.
Anyhow guess what I was wondering is if a GM or someone could read my ticket and at least let me know if there’s any hope for help. 35 days 13hours seems like a extremely long time is all.
Ticket Number: US88106701
I don’t expect to be expidited but I’d just like to know if there’s hope…
Anyhow thank you, have a good night.
Tickets are averaging 2 weeks and it mite be sooner or it mite be longer depending on how complex and if the developers need to take a look want to elaborate.

2 weeks doesn’t sounds too bad at least. Thanks.

Just to set some expectations, if the hack happened 2 years ago and wasn’t resolved back then, it’s extremely unlikely that the logs exist today to help restore anything from 2 years ago.
That said, here’s hoping that I’m wrong!

Why did u wait so long to recover ur account from being hacked.
I have tried since 2 years ago, my explaining sucks though and never have gotten results. Just generic responses. Pretty much giving it one last go detailing everything.
English isn’t my first language so I feel I have poorly worded things.
I sent them a wall of text this time, hopefully it makes sense and I don’t sound dumb.
Never never never send a wall of text keep it simple always keep it simple too much information is more harmful then helpful all u needed to do was open a account comprimised ticket and folow the instructions they send you,
If it makes it easier, you can type in your language and Blizz can use translation to work it out.
But keep it simple, all you ever need to do is say, my account was hacked, please help restore. But as mentioned its unlikely any logs will exist. Do you have access to the account again or is the account still compromised?

Did not know about language thing, thank you. I have the account but the damage to it has been done. I’m hoping to at least recover a bit of the damage. I was stupid did not have an authenticator while I was visiting my sister in Norway for a few months. So in a way it’s my own fault.
EDIT: While I was in Norway and my account was hacked I was unaware until November, during that time the person took my gold, deleted characters and moved my main to a different account.
When I came back and noticed, Blizzard restored it all back, and i consolidated to a new account, added authenticator too. Thats where my issue is, blizzard added a new feature to make mounts account bound in Shadowlands prepatch. I had no knowledge of the mounts being account bound so I consolidated. My mounts stayed on the hacked account because of that, so I was left mountless in the new account, but I kept achievements for them on my character.
That’s where I am hoping someone can help since I still have achievements for them proving I had them.
Anyhow I was gone playing FFXIV all of shadowlands and that’s why after all that time now I am trying to do something about it.
Second Edit: Also I was going to deal with this last year but was in a coma, so I couldn’t.
Besides all that though, I know it was my own fault for not knowing mounts had become account bound in shadowlands. I’m just hoping there’s something that can be done. I just saw that 35 day 13h queue time and well I’d just like to know from a GM if I should give up.
Mounts have been account bound to battle.net for years.
if you move a wow license to a different battle.net account, no battle.net account bound items move to the new battle.net. They stay on the originating battle.net with no way to move them of it.

Gladiator mounts became account bound in Shadowlands though.
What was account bound stays with the originator account. That is how it’s always been, and why it’s often warned before people try to move characters between accounts.
Is the character you earned the glad mount on the new account or the old? I don’t know that it will matter in the long run. I haven’t seen anyone else with this issue, surprisingly enough. If that character is still on the original account, transferring the character wouldn’t bring the mount with them. If the character who earned it is on the new account? That may be a different story. The only thing you can really do is wait on your ticket. This is something a GM would have to look into and there are no GMs on this forum.

Yeah character and achievements are on this account and originally earned on it.
But I know probly noone else has same issue, I just figured I’d try to fix if possible. (Yeah I’ll wait.)
I wouldn’t get your hopes up? But I’ll still cross my fingers there will be something that might be done for you.
Tickets are averaging 2 weeks?
I submitted a ticket 3 days ago because I have in game mail stuck in my mailbox that I cannot delete, and I can’t delete the character it’s stuck on until the problem is fixed.
By the time my ticket gets a reply the remaining 19 days will have expired at which point I guess the issue in question will auto fix itself.
What you can do actually is create yourself a new thread here on CS. Title it Please Delete Mail or something to that effect.
Our SFAs have gone home for the evening, but they’ve been helping folks who are being held up by mail blocking services or deletion. Just create your own thread, explain the character name and realm (and retail or WotLKC), and the SFAs will most likely be able to clear that up for you in the morning when they get back into the office.
If there is something really borked in the system, they will likely say so and that you’d have to wait on your ticket, but the majority of cases like this they’ve been able to handle without the player having to wait on their ticket with the times like they are right now.
