Can we at least play on another server while waiting in queue…Sitting on the queue screen for 8 hours is kinda dumb

You can box another game in the background. I wonder how many people are on Blizzard’s other games talking about their queue times here. Personally, I enjoy some SC 1 or 2 every now and then. Screw everything else they have.

How do you expect that to work? You’re in queue for one server while playing on another?
That’s not possible unless you have more than 1 active account or active subscription.

same way pvp queues work you get a pop up when your queue is over and you get a time window to log in or you are kicked

What I’m saying is it can’t work. You have 1 sub, you’re using that 1 sub to sit in queue.
Was just about to make a new post with the same exact headline. No reason we shouldn’t be able to play retail or even on another classic server while waiting for 4 hours. I only have a limited time to play this game, let me freaking play it.
He currently cannot play his character on the server his character is on. So while waiting he’d like to play the game he pays for. Does that make sense or do you get paid to miss understand basic concepts for blizzard?

It makes perfect sense. I’m saying, while is account is actively on a queue screen, how does he expect to use a function that is NOT EVEN POSSIBLE by using the same account with the same subscription to play on another server. It’s not possible. Next time you choose to be rude and sarcastic, maybe consider what they might mean as oppose to how you perceive it.
Should at least let us sign into retail.
For goodness sake I only have three hours to play after work and my queue is exactly that long…

My overall point is, why ask for something you know it’s possible. Blizzard has way too many other things to prioritize than some random guy’s request on the forum to play 1 server while being in queue for another.
And my point is that the entire forums are filled with people who cant login and he’s posting a suggestion.
