Playing twinks is fun.

I started playing WoW again in very late WoD during the Legion invasions. I can understand how newer players don’t understand the love for twinks…

But when I was a little 13 year old, I played Vanilla. One of the best feelings was getting a twink item to drop and selling it for what was a lot of gold back then… Twinking was always a part of this game, and it just reminds me of the good ol’ days as a youngin’.

If you are having issues with twinks at lower lvls, get some heirlooms and enchant them, at least the weapons! Also try to be in the 6+ level range of the brackets to have more counterplay available.

I’ll certainly take this moment to plug our 119 Alliance Community. It has personally been the most fun and rewarding part of the game I’ve experienced yet. We have over 200 players that have joined over the last two months that this community has existed.

We run 119 pre-mades pretty much all day. For those interested in getting geared up there is an upcoming Cata Timewalking event coming soon for 300/310 drops.

No offense dude, but what are you really doing at 120 that makes you say twinks all can’t hack it at 120?

I have unplayed twinks from expansions ago, but I still play semi competitively at 120 (arena, etc).

I get it, we all want to be that character with a record of 20-0 in bg. Completely destroying newbs with no gear while spamming /LOL or /spit. Sounds like real competition.

Twinking isn’t for everyone. But right now twinking is possible in so many brackets, it’s definitely one of the funniest things to do in this expansion.

Did you just bump a 3 month old thread to throw shade at twink players?

Most brackets are dead. Some are organizing wargames. 59s have had wargames going every day around the same time (late) 19s get some regular pops. I’ve heard even 29s are struggling to get games. A large amount of twinks have been abandoned, making it increasingly difficult to organize games or encourage others to stick it out.

Blizzard gave us no time to adapt and organize for this change. Having it sprung on us like a trap when we should have had weeks if not months to prepare. Such a disrespectful move on Blizzards part pissed off and discouraged many twinks to the point that they are just DONE and don’t care enough to support the brackets or even stay subscribed to the game. Many no longer logging on. This was all that kept some people playing and for that they get stealth changes that make it clear that Blizzard doesn’t care.

Of hey, it wasn’t in the patch notes and was never mentioned before the patch, but we have totally been planning to make this insignificant change. It’s really not worth mentioning honestly. We’re cool right?

Edit: Of course there is still the level 20’s out there. Constantly rerolling characters so they can get RNG epic quest rewards. Until Blizzard does something about them as well.
