Playing twinks is fun.

Since Asmondgold started a twink guild on MG mainly aimed at 39s (but it has players in other brackets) I believe there is and will be an activity uptick for a few months.

Roster was at 650 last week, 1000 members currently.
Other night we had some awesome war games in the 39 bracket.

If it helps, the following list is as accurate as you could get in terms of a tier list for the bracket.

I would argue against creating a *Godmode* tier class, as the bracket is starting to get saturated with them (I get it, everyone wants to play the "strong" classes, but T2 is certainly capable and T3 can be fun in the hands of someone that can play the class well).

https://xpoff.com/threads/39-class-tier-list.80551/

TIER 1 (GODMODE)
    Fury Warrior
    Discipline Priest

TIER 2 (VERY GOOD)
    Arcane Mage
    Marksmanship/Survival Hunter
    Balance/Restoration Druid
    Restoration Shaman
    Outlaw Rogue
    Retribution Paladin

TIER 3 (Competitive in the hands of an experienced & geared player)
    Beastmaster Hunter
    Feral Druid
    Shadow/Holy Priest
    Elemental/Enhancement Shaman
    Windwalker/Mistweaver Monk
    Fire/Frost Mage
    Affliction/Destruction/Demonology Warlock
    Arms Warrior
    Holy Paladin
    Subtlety/Assassin Rogue

TIER 4 (Why Bother?)
    Protection Warrior
    Protection Paladin
    Guardian Druid
    Brewmaster Monk

I appreciate the list! nah i wouldn't make a disc or fury warrior..but i do have a question if there's a specific class or spec that can counter either or both? if not then i'll most likely either play mage (i love fire) or a hunter as i main survival at max

Mistweaver is secretly T1/2

Good to see you’re still around!

Any activity in the 60-69 bracket? My twinks would need some work since they’ve been shelved for years but still have two sitting at 69.

Always good seeing you, Jadei :D

I'm sure 60-69 has activity, but mostly the community is made up of lvl 60 twinks. I leveled all of my 69s except for a druid. 69 ninja went to 70, years ago, and got glaives lol

You would need to regrind gear at 69 since a lot of scaled stuff is better than the old things that we had.
Twinking is what an MMORPG is about. There is nothing better than Min/Maxing and getting the absolute best for your character to own it up. Twinking is a very important part of WoW and it needs to always be a big part of PvP.

Did it back in BC days with several classes at several tiers...was fun, but got old after a few months.
Plus it became annoying spending time setting up the toon, then to have an update / patch change things, resulting in having to spend more time to update them.

and basically everyone is "twinking" at 120.

That is the issue, for WoW and it's power creep system, end game is a never ending cycle of gearing. For most who twink it's a 'time commitment:achieving goal' ratio. For PvErs end game is fine and dandy, it's all there is. For people who prefer to not "battle" scripted content it is not.

This is why I preferred when end game pvp had a set of achievable gear that once aquired you were done with. Ion decided to jump on board with Jay Wilson's "Shut Up PvP Guy" and remove the concept cause obvs everyone should enjoy the never ending PvE grind.

Ive been having a lot of fun I'm just looking for a guild to have even more fun. Is anyone looking for a new member for thinking?
This.
This is gonna get good
I'd say 110 is one of the better brackets right now. More abilities and more you can do plus you have customization with azerite traits. You can only get a few item lvl 300 pieces so you have to plan out which zones you do the main questline in first the others are only 285.

For the rest of the gear you run Mythic Antorus which is still quite challenging on some fights, Eonar for example. Though you can skip it if someones done the quest.

Meh, it's not as open as you think. Every forum has rules:
https://us.battle.net/forums/en/code-of-conduct/

I realize you are referring to the 1st post asking to keep posts positive. And I agree with it, there are already a ton of other threads where negativity is more welcomed (and often escalated). Just thought I would point this out though.

Cheers
Please no negative twink views there are plenty of other threads about that.

No.

You want to tell people not to post, make a blog.

Twinks and twinking ruin the game. Truth hurts.
