Players: "Dear Blizzard, we want TBC servers, please!"

Wrong. Dead wrong. TBC is no more of a “Wrath waiting room” than Wrath is a “Cataclysm waiting room”. Lots of people get bored and get obnoxiously loud about it, that is all. That’s why we need Era servers, so people can play the game they love rather than unsub.

Oh I firmly believe Blizzard would charge over having it be free.

What I’m saying is that, based off of OP’s topic, a TBC server on launch with no era prior could easily have a 58 starting point. It’s not like the PAID BOOST didn’t start there with gear already made and only obtainable via starting at 58, because it did. It all already exists.

Retail has classes and races starting at a range of levels. The ability to allow players to start at not level 1 has been here for over a decade, since original LK.

You just don’t like tbc, you basically say it here

Which is fine I dont care if you like it or not, but your reasoning, which is this

is just wrong, because again the paid boost showed that level 58 starting point WITH GEAR ALREADY MADE FOR SAID STARTING POINT already exists, and the ability to start at a level that is not “1” has existed since DKs existed.

Let’s not pretend that a TBC launch without an era prior is some impossible task, because the pieces are all already there to begin with.

yeah, kinda like the people who are bored of vanilla and are being obnoxious about it :expressionless: you will get your TBC, in 1-2 years.

I’m hitting P1 with friends, leveling to 60, then dropping sub again.

Without gdkps I have no care to play. I’m just going to shelf a 60 for TBC, the only version I’ll play without gdkps.

(No im really not trying to make this into a gdkp thread, just responding to what I quoted. The reason just so happens to be gdkps)

what exactly makes TBC ok without gdkps and not vanilla :expressionless:

I like TBC.

Ok. You can play it in 1-2 years :expressionless:

There’s no GDKPs so who cares

Which is what he/she will do.

Excellent :expressionless: then everybody is happy.

It won’t be that bad with GDKPs gone.

Mages will still be loaded because they can solo ZF/Mara unless blizz breaks that.

Yeah I know clown.

You asked me why I would play it without gdkps over vanilla without gdkps. I answered.

If you’re going to be snide about it because you can’t respond to my previous post to you then good luck, I’m ready to turn this thread into an insult contest.

Exactly this.

This is exactly it. I’m only able to post on these forums right now because I resubbed to play The War Within. Before that, I was unsubbed ever since the TBC Classic betrayal of no Era servers, because I had zero interest in Wrath or Cataclysm. Blizzard doesn’t let you post on the forums without an active subscription, so you cannot hear the fans of any expansion that are currently upset about what is available.

Right now, there’s a ton of both TBC and Wrath fans who are silenced.

Admit that vanilla is the superior game :expressionless:

Vanilla wins out slightly since flying killed my favorite thing, WPvP.

Who cares?

You have era, you had SOM, you have HC, you have SOD, you have fresh era and fresh HC.

Why the vitriol to TBC?

yup. flying mounts alone make TBC trash :expressionless:

TBC is good it’s like someone in your family getting the old recipe for something like cookies. Still tastes amazing, but there’s just 1 or 2 tiny things missing.

It’s not. But it is the 2nd best game. That’s what makes TBC superior to all other expansions… it’s the least removed from the core game, but still improved upon.
