Granted Im not sure of what games you play and there are numerous requests for this ability. However, I do play other games, don’t see the advantage. The garrison could be moved to an island and continue to give us benefits (garden/mine etc.) but what goes beyond that?
see, that is always the best course of action - if wow doesn’t have what you want, you can always go to another game and check it out there, and that seems like you are doing just that, so congratulations!
Yes, you can put them on Ignore. Their posts will be minimalised though not entirely removed.
Once you have a higher trust level, yes. You can either tap on their name and go to “activity,” or if their profile is hidden, go into you forum preferences, go to users, add their name, choose a timeframe and then hit save.

Left click their character portrait.
Click View Activity.
In the upper right, click the button that says “Normal”, a drop-down menu will appear.
The ones I’ve played are Wildstar, Rift, ESO, and Old Republic. Obviously Wildstar is gone, which sucks. They had great housing.
But the closest to what WoW could do would be Old Republic.

The good thing about social/cosmetic additions like PH (or the ones already in wow) is that they are entirely a matter of choice. Dont like it, dont do it.
I need to make an image I can use whenever someone compares or uses the garrison in relation to player housing because repeating ‘the garrison has little or nothing in common with true player housing’ just gets old.

Because that’s the only alternative to updating the garrison model.

You should probably elaborate a bit on what “player housing” means to you before making your wish to the genies.
my own haven where i can hearthstone to. a housing for mostly (90%) cosmetic purpose and role playing, and maybe pet battle. i dont want another garrison as that i dont want player housing affects actual profession&gold&gear progressions.

Since garrisons have all of that, I hope you can understand peoples’ confusion as to what you’re asking for.
So you don’t like WoW’s housing because it has MORE features?
