Given the time its been screeched about in here Id guess theyve been at least working on it for some time trying to figure out what works and what wont with this engine.

Although it would be totally within Blizzardâs MO to finally give us housing and then blow the houses up one expansion later. Green field! (Hey, we never said the green fields wouldnât be burned down every season.)

No it wasnât player housing or a better version .
Player housing needs to be in Azeroth where it can be a evergreen feature where new stuff that can be added to it and not an expansion only feature.

Donât worry Akston. Iâm pretty sure mythic raiders and high end pushers will find themselves getting unique housing cosmetics that people will complain about only going to the 1%.
Donât forget the cash shop items they can sell with this for the real world 1% as well.

The same. There is no way with a game world and coding like WoWâs that this turns out to be anything more than instanced housing.

Donât get too excited though. Itâs one thing to be eager and optimistic, but donât get your hopes up, either. We have no idea how Blizz is gonna handle this and a lot of the concern is coming from their efforts of garrisons. Something long forgotten and never wanting to revisit again.
Hereâs to hoping they do this correctly.

Very happy with those news⌠But Iâll only get excited when I actually see news from Beta. Housing that is actually good is only see to believe for me.
personally, Im VERY good with that idea.
I LOVE that there is stuff Iâll never get because its in content I wont do.
Makes the game feel âunfinishedâ and still lots out there to get and do
