Not gonna lie – this made me giggle!
Also good emotes with actual sound/animation, armor and mogging, actually good story, etc
We want different things from wow. I want dungeons, raids, world content. In short, playable content.
You seem to want some freeform rpg canvas. This is not what wow is and for them to do what you want would take quite a bit of programming resources. I don’t want that resource hijacked to create things that aren’t actually playable.
There are plenty of other games that already have housing that you can use for your rpg. WoW doesn’t need player housing and it’s better off without it. Let wow be wow.

Why not? Player Housing in World of Warcraft is a great idea. An idea that 90% or 95% players will be enjoying, without being an issue for ones who did not like it…
Who decide that, on what is World of Warcraft about? World of Warcraft game has a lot of things integrated on it. This Player Housing in World of Warcraft request, it will be a great benefit for Blizzard (World of Warcraft) and the Players.

This right here is copium level BS. I’ve got a player house in guild wars 2 and it’s boring as hell as I’ve got to decorate a huge chunk of land and the building and take time away from content to do that… yeah no you’re kidding yourself if you think the numbers are that high. You know how much of the playerbase will enjoy it…maybe 10% as it’s that same 10% that keeps asking for this stupid system and flagging everyone who doesn’t agree with them like whiny children demanding a toy at the grocery store. Just let the idea die already, they’ve already said they’d need to reformat the entire game or overhaul everything to do it and that’s way too much for them these days.
The plot idea isn’t that great. It sounds nice at first, but you’ll end up with 5 active players and the rest is an inactive graveyard. This makes the surroundings look rather ugly.
It’s better if it’s some kind of solo manor with a nice background somewhere.
Maybe you’re just not the creative type. Let others have some butter on their bread.
Ironically, this is estimated to be the number of active raiders.

I heard they built a model house 20 years ago, and it’s been repurposed as some of the 20th celebration’s decor.
Technically it should be called character housing or just housing. Actual player housing is like… them providing you a house or an apartment in the real world, which would be interesting

For a better understanding of what I mean, search what the ‘Player Housing in EverQuest’ game is, and that’s what we are requesting but with the WoW graphics and style. It is completely different from what the WoW Garrisons are.
Anyone would like to go to their house or guild hall for customize it, with the Awards: Battlepets, Pets, Gear, etc…
It will be good to be able to decorate of your own place.

Blizzard (World of Warcraft) must do something like what we are requesting in this post and merge all guild halls, garrisons, etcetera to it. 
I’d love a decent player housing system as well, hopefully Blizzard (WoW) consider this one from this Topic.

As I mentioned before… Why not? Player Housing in World of Warcraft is a great idea. If the EverQuest game has it, why WoW not use that one as base with a better way.

Have you used your garrison? The player housing concept is already integrated into the game for you. Enjoy!
I’ve been flying around azeroth quite a bit lately. I’ve formulated some newer opinions on housing (although I am still against it, unless done exactly how I want it done.)
As I said, I’ve been flying around a lot doing this candy thing and watching the landscape as I fly by.
I see tremendous amounts of space for housing plots all over the map. Yep. I’m talking about non-instanced housing out in the world. I think it can be done.
First thing I noticed was all these mountain ranges separating all the zones. Those could be slightly expanded and areas flattened out to provide housing plots.
Flying around Northrend I noticed a lot of space on the maps that could be slightly expanded to make room for plots right out on the map.
I thought I’d share a potentially unpopular opinion with a few different groups.
I’d rather have guild halls
I sleep in a tavern (or outside… like an animal)
