Yeah, same here. They should do what this Topic post is requesting. It will be a gain for them (Blizzard-World of Warcraft) and all players who like Player Housing.

Agree 100%.
If Blizzard (World of Warcraft) do something like what this post is requesting, (using the one from the EverQuest game as base, but with WoW graphics & style), would be a great MMO Game Improvement.
âThe Neighborhood should have different looking areas; Including Races and Classes and specialization looking in the areas.â
Thanks for your support.
Thanks for the idea, yes. The plot House could have different types of shapes.
Thanks for your support.
Thanks for your comment. Any good ideas you may have, youâre welcome to expose them. =)
Thanks for your support.
Any positive ideas you may have please add them to the Topic main post, they may be helpful as well. Thanks for your commentâŚ
All Blizzard needs to do to see how to do player housing right is look at Wildstar. Housing is one of the only things Wildstar did well.
Thanks for your support.
Blizzard (World of Warcraft) should use this Topic request and upgrade everything together on it; Neighborhood â> with the Garrison, the Guild Hall, Class Hall, etcetera.
Thanks for your support.
I havenât seen the EverQuest II (EQ2) housing system, but If they are alike the EverQuest base system, they are like what we are requesting.
I bet the Blizzard (WoW) could use the âProfessionsâ which represent what âTradeskillsâ as youâre referring.
Yes; It could be an NPC for that in specific, alike the âAuction Houseâ or the âBlack Marketâ.
I would like a nice little house in Drustvar deep into the woods.
Thanks for your support.
Yes, the Neighborhood It will be a different Instance âZoneâ, which It connects the âGuild Hallâ with the players Housing (plots). If you get a chance, google or youtube the one from the EverQuest game, one like that with the Blizzard (World of Warcraft) graphics and style It will be great.
I bet the Blizzard (WoW) mayority of players would like to customize their own building (plot) with their creative ideas and with their weapons, gear, items, mounts, battlepets, etc.
Thanks for your support.
Thanks for the ideas. If you or anyone here search on âGoogle: EverQuest housingâ, It will have a better idea on what this Forum Topic post is requesting. It will be great If Blizzard (World of Warcraft) do it.
Also, Blizzard (World of Warcraft) can sell things in the Blizzard (WoW) âSHOPâ that players may be able exchange with âBlizzard Balanceâ.
As long as you insist on making Guild Halls an integral part of your plan, nothing will come of it. Blizzard is on record for saying Player Housing is something they continue to consider, even though it would be difficult to implement with the gameâs current technologyâŚbut the Guild Hall idea was shot down because:
âGuild halls sound like great fun for the GM, not so much for everyone else.â - Blizzard
Try to think about what that means. Any and all effort and resources put into a guild hall by the members would be lost if the guild master decided on a whim to kick them out. That is hardly fair at all, is it?
This is an old thread but i figure i would come here and put some input,
ive done a bit of research on WoW housing once i found the instance portal inside of stormwind and heres what i discovered,
every expansion you have your main hub/city right? once you start adding things to the housing system not exclusively decoration it gives less incentive and purpose to ever go back to or be apart of central hubs, which start stripping social environment away from the game i would like to say blizzards initial take on this system to âtryâ it out was with the war base system from WoD and it didnt work out super well, there was basically no reason to leave your base and by majority vote it wasnt done super well, so it was scrapped i want to say after legion. so while this isnt a terrible idea honestly, you have to then ask yourself, am i ok with secluding myself to my own home and not seeing anyone else outside of GF. as well are you ok with small or no central hubs for new expansions?
one day i will take screenshots of my EQ2 houses. some of them are massive. one took about 2 months to furnish, its got waterfalls, a casino, an office, an ice refrigerator, a floating pirate shipâŚ
Thanks for your support.
Thanks for the ideas. Yes, It will be cool if Blizzard (WoW) give us different type of houses to choose. =)
Thanks for your support.
(Commenting It is supporting)
I am just respectfully requesting something that I am sure the majority of players would like to have; If It is something alike the base structure/system of the MMO Game: EverQuest player housing, with the MMO Game: World of Warcraft graphics and style.
Regarding the âGuild halls sound like great fun for the GM, not so much for everyone elseâ. âTry to think about what that means. Any and all effort and resources put into a guild hall by the members would be lost if the guild master decided on a whim to kick them out.â
Negative; I have to disagree with thatâŚ
Because first of all, If a Player join a well organized Official Guild that abide to the Game Rules you should be perfectly fine and there should not be a reason to get kick out of the guild. By knowing and following the Guild Rules you should not have any issues.
( https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-us/guild/us/uther/spirit-council ) It is an example of a good Blizzard (World of Warcraft) guild.
In what I am requesting with this Forum Topic, even If someone get removed by being a troublemaker, being breaking the guild rules or by any unreasonable reasons, âThe Playerâ will not lose their progress, The player will be getting all his items at the Mailbox, plus any Plot you may have, It will be saved in your Layout, so you wonât lose any progress.
It most certainly is not. I oppose your plan unreservedly, because itâs self-serving, fatuous, and flawed.
Except thatâs âpie-in-the-skyâ wishful thinking, and has little to do with reality. Guild Masters are human beings, with all the quirks and biases that come with that.
I honestly donât know how some players, in 2024, have the nerve to call Garrisons âhousingâ, really.
Um, noâŚ
Itâll be fun for a bit, then itâll be forgotten and ignored.
Waste of resources.
