…You will get a “heavy box” to your Mailbox with all your Items. (You will still have your saved Layout, in case you buy a different plot for setting your house.

This post petition to Blizzard (World of Warcraft) It is more alike the old MMO game called ‘EverQuest’, search it via Google or YouTube. We are requesting something like that game Neighborhood, but even better in all aspects. It will be an ADD to the game in every aspect too.

Housing will be fine. Just dont do the same garrison mistakes. No AH, bank, quests, nothing INSIDE the house but cosmetics.
no reason to live IN the house if everything to do for it is OUTSIDE of the house.
Give it its own hearthstone in the way ESO housing can be portaled to from anywhere.

These are the same jokers who were in here in SL, BFA, Legion screaming we’d NEVER get flight on day one and to shut up about it LM AO…and here we are…flight on day ONE and even pathfinder is dying a quick death.

-MMO game: EverQuest It is a dead game without graphics being lost and forgotten in the past, and It has it. (EQ is dead since Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) position got owned by Daybreak).
-I bet Blizzard MMO game: World of Warcraft could make it too and they could do it even much better, if they truly want to do it. The idea it is great and beneficial to them. If Blizzard (WoW) do it, It will be beneficial, as people would be buying at their shop like crazy at all times for collecting and having things to place in their plot (Houses/Guild).
I think it will be a gain, if they do it right.

This Post Idea it is great improvement to the game. I hope that one day become a reality.
All I know is that I have submitted suggestions of many different things in the past and they have become notable, they have become a reality, they have been integrated into the game. We will see the outcome for this. I hope they do it.
I’ve always liked the idea of guild housing. It circumvents the socialization issue. The one thing that would make it a particularly great addition this expansion is the new cross realm guilds feature.
I just joined a cross realm guild this week and these folks are like my…my spirit animals, but here’s the rub: I really only get to see them on raid nights. If we had guild housing, I could get to see them in character much more, which I think is really important for bonding.
I understand what you are asking for. I disagreed with that. Let me tell you how I would like player housing.
importantly, the house is instanced. You can invite people to it but only you have access to it, in order to protect it from player interference.
To get a house you have to learn two new professions: Woodworking and Stoneworking. Once you learn those and get them to an early level, you can learn your first building plan. You then start collecting the materials you need to build your first basic house, perhaps one room stone building on the Barrens of a wooden hut in Elwynn Forest.
As you improve your skills you can also renovate your house - add levels, increase the number of rooms, add features such as windows, towers, gardens, animal quarters, whatever the devs felt would be fun.
Every profession in WoW could participate in providing things for it. That way people who weren’t that interested in making a house could still profit from it by finding and selling plans, furnishings, decorations and patterns for those who were. They could come from raids, dungeons, quests, world drops, treasures, fishing them up, etc.
There could be exterior designs for a number of racial choices. A Blood Elf tower, a Tauren tent structure, a human house, the list could large and fun.
I appreciate you like what you have seen in other games but what I want to see is something uniquely WoW, not a copy of something from some other game.

Us, in SPIRIT COUNCIL are a True Union of Loyal Friends. We are a Family Guild and the guild events are not something mandatory:

We would like to be able to have a neighborhood, In which each guild member could show their abilities to built something cool, to be cool, reative each one is.
While I personally love player housing, it’d never be as good as FF14 or ESO in terms of customization. Nor would I want to have to pay several million gold to get a plot, or keep it, or anything. I’ll just play other games for that bit of fantasy, really…
Player housing would have made TBC come out later than it did because they would have had to have added player housing in Eversong Woods and Azuremyst for Blood Elves and Draenei.

We want this, regarding the Post request, in our game. We do Not play others games, just this one. We want to have everything in our game Blizzard (World of Warcraft), so we do not have to enjoy something in a different game, when we could be able to enjoy it here.
If they use the same structure and system that EverQuest game has, but in a much better version, that will be awesome 100% sure.
…Plus It is a gain for the game as people will be using even more the Blizz WoW Shop for buying things for their unique decoration in their plot (Houses and Guilds).
Player housing, yes. Being associated to your guild? No.
What happens after you put in a lot of time, effort, and other resources (gold, materials, etc.)…and then the guildmaster decides to kick you for whatever reason? Or they hand their control of the guild over to someone lazy or unscrupulous, and the guild falls apart?
I’ve seen that last one happen more than once, and in no way would I want something I worked hard on being in the hands of someone that could crush it on a whim.

Yes, this will need a great team for planning and using a good tactic to create and innovate with something great, using as base our request from the one that the old MMO game ‘EVERQUEST’ have.
I know Blizzard (World of Warcraft) have personnel in their team that were part of the EQ Team, and they could assist in the strategy.
