so i’m east coast and spent like a bunch of money xferring like 6-7 of my toons to Tich and my ping is 75. I just checked and on Bleeding Holllow my ping is 35.
if i’m trying to be as competitive as possible would it be worth switching my main 1-2 toon i plan to push rating with to BH or is 40 ms difference not even noticeable?
i went from 130ish ping in legion to 30 in BFA and it was a substantial difference in terms of small outplays, melding spells, prebearing etc
i doubt 75->35 makes a huge difference unless you’re playing something like DH or mage
i play DH lol. thinking of just swapping my 2 DHS
I play with 90 ping and I don’t feel like if I had less ping my performance would improve ( this is my expierance)
Save your money, you’re over thinking this.
You will lose far more games because you or your teammates used cooldowns incorrectly vs 40ms difference
i live in the woods with shoddy net, but near a datacenter, so while my ping is low it fluctuates. I have anywhere between 20ms and 75, and never really notice a difference until it goes over 100. Save ur $$ imo
