Unable to pick up the quest items after finishing the dungeon. I started a ticket and did everything I was instructed.

abandon quest and accepted again.
I was told to go to wowhead and they never have been anyhelp.
For clarification, you should receive credit for the quest when someone in the raid has clicked on the item. It isn’t exactly an item you gather because the quest requires you to “use those items to seal the Tomb of Sargeras”.
You are in the Wailing Halls wing for the Tomb of Sargeras raid for Hammer of Khaz’goroth and Tears of Elune, and the Gates of Hell wing for the Tidestone of Golganneth?
You aren’t trying to pick up these items in a dungeon? For example, the Hammer of Khaz’goroth, which you get in Neltharion’s Lair when working on the quest " Neltharion’s Lair: Death to the Underking". That helps count towards the Pillars of Creation Achievement, but not the Pillars of Creation quest.
It’s a common error and even called out in the comments section for the quest on Wowhead.

ahhh yea guess thats what i was doing wrong… been awhile since i did the quest…
