I was wondering if there are any physical versions of the game available apart from the CE version? I know there are digital versions, but that’s not my question.
I don’t want to know where they are sold or for how much, just if they are available.
A simple yes or no will do.
The answer, as far as anyone knows, is “no”.
The only physical edition available is the full-on Collector’s Edition.
I am not entirely certain, Dottie. I haven’t seen any physical copies available except for the Collector’s Edition. It is primarily a digital download or code, so maybe not.
There are also the three versions, base, Heroic and Epic. If there is a physical product that will be on shelves at game stores, it might be similar to game time or Blizzard Balance or other digital products and be a card that they activate.

That would be my suggestion as well.
I am positive somebody knows the answer as a yes no. That does not mean the SFAs here have access to them or even know who they might be. Tracking down that kind of information does not fall into their purview as well.
That said a quick search on Amazon, about as thorough as less than a cursory view yielded no results. And I believe that to be very telling
Based on the brief research I did, it doesn’t seem like any physical copies have been distributed. GameStop only has the digital edition. I checked reddit to no avail. The popup Google results only show digital editions. If Blizzard did have physical copies, I assume we would seeing those options in the shop, but they would definitely be all over the gaming market. I can’t speak for their marketing or product distribution though.
One would assume that if physical, non Collector’s Edition, boxed copies of the expansion were going to be available, we would know by now, the day the expansion goes live.
Came here wondering the same thing, as I’ve been scouring around and can’t find anything. Thinking with the postponement and it being 2020 and COVID, they’ve just forgone a non-Collector’s physical copy.
