Phased in twilight highlands

phased in twilight highlands and cannot see any NPC’s , players, and mob’s… account was boosted so all quests show complete, but this season m+ includes Grim Batol and i cannot see or enter dungeon. WHAT DO I DO???

The dungeon portal doesn’t show at the entrance. I looked it up a bit and apparently I have to complete a questline?? Please Blizz, I’m not doing old world content just so I can enter a dungeon you have on mythic rotation. Why is this even a thing??

Have you tried looking for the intro to Twilight Highlands?

yes, its all completed, cant find any quests to accept… its only on this zone in cata, i can access all others no problem
