Tbh, i think there’s more to the story than just stacking low performers. It’s in a managers best interest to make his people look good. But that applies to everyone, not just Brian.
I will resubscribe when they drop their crappy toxic performance system, and reinstate Brian Birmingham if he will even come back.
I keep opening support tickets with “Brian Birmingham is right.” And you should consider doing the same. Eventually it’ll end up in reporting metrics.
