It’s a long time coming, and everyone in this forum would agree that the players just want this. We want to be able to reliably play all of our talent trees wherever, if we so choose, without having to go back to our trainers.
People that don’t want this are just doomsayers.

Honestly, this might be crazy, but it just might work. What if we didn’t have specs all together? Like, just let the players do whatever they want on their characters, wherever, whenever.
I’d say AT LEAST half the players in game want this right now. That’s from my statistic pool from this forum, but us scholars know that this forum is full of the need to know individuals of this game.
Yea some streamer made a straw poll on twitch last night and I have extrapolated the data to find that 98.76% of the TBC and also retail population approves of omnispec. We need blue post ASAP I mean what’s the hold up for on this?
Honestly with this new information how could we not get a blue post on this… Blizzard stop holding back on us! The community has spoken!
10g changes would be better, probably a 10 minute hot fix on server side for Blizzard.
You’re joking, but you may not realize just how far ahead of the meta you are.
Take note of this post. When dual spec is implemented in wrath go ahead and wait about 2 months. The forums will be filled with tri-spec posters talking about how they could tank dungeons if only they had yet another specialization.

How am I to be expected to go to the trainer EVERY TIME I want to play my obscure Marksman spec.
Some times I love to just plug in my talents without even looking. Why do I have to pay to change that! I should be able to do whatever I want when I want. It’s my character, let me have fun!!
I have researched this thoroughly, and put a lot of math on the table and off the table.
Literally, most people want this if not all to be honest.
Let’s just get Tri-Spec in the game, and like, if you don’t want it. Just don’t use it dude, it won’t affect you personally cause if you don’t get it then that’s that. Like none of us using it has no impact on your game play.
I can’t tell if you’re serious lol. Your character has a specialization. It doesn’t make sense to have specializations in 20 different things. They wouldn’t be specializations anymore.
Plus you’re a hunter. The hell do you need more than one spec for? lol
I’ve already had this argument 15 years ago. The tri specs won and the game is garbage. Have fun running this version into the ground too. I won’t be here to watch it burn this time around.

I honestly should be able to just fill out my entire talent tree in all 3 specs cause I’ve done them all. Like how am I really to forget what I’ve done on my character?
Tri-Spec is a more balanced form of the game rather than me just filling out fully my entire specs. Even though if it were up to me I would just have it that way.
How long have you played your spec? Are you better at that spec than the first day you switched to it? The player specializes in that spec because they’re locked into it. You can say “Oh it’s just gold to change it” yeah it’s just gold, but do you respec every day? No you figure out a way to do the stuff you want to do as your spec. Even if it would be easier to do dailies as shadow you ARE a disc priest. So you learn to do more damage to do get your dailies done faster as disc rather than switching specs.
