Pet Journal does not show ANY of my pets

Pet journal does not show the pets I’ve collected, although it does say I have 5 pets. If I a search by title, it will show one pet only if I have the uncollected pets checked to show as well, but if I have collected pets checked, it will not show any. And when it does show the one pet, I can’t drag it anywhere.

I did check and uncheck all the boxes in the filter. I did the"resetting the wow user interface tasks" and I also tried completely reinstalling the program. Also I did have the elvui add-on installed, but I completely removed it. Still have the problem.

(I am on a MacBook Air w/ the new M1 chip, if that makes any difference…)

Also I did try to create a help ticket, but I just kept getting cycled back to the support page - I don’t see any way to actually create a ticket.

Help???

Have you tried playing with the filters thats usualy the culprit. If not then do a full UI reset.

Yes - I did try various things with the filters. It did not help.

And I tried a complete uninstall/ reinstall because I saw that helped someone with another pet journal problem.

None of these things have helped.

It’s nothing you can fix. It’s an acknowledged bug in many UIs on the new Mac hardware. A fix is on the way, schedule unknown.
