I checked all my toons after seeing 600+ pet charms plus 5 extra slotted items missing from my warbound bank. (It is always 100% full) When I go to put in a ticket the customer support popup spins continuously and I cannot put in a ticket. Yes I have reset my UI.
Spinning can be a symptom of something blocking.
You should also be able to get into the ticket system from the Support link above - in the dropdown under your name.

Thanks Orlyia I was able to submit a ticket. FYSA my in-game system is still spinning. If there’s anything I can do to clear that up, please let me know.
Edit: Yep, just received the " I can’t help you" from customer support. Warning to all not to put anything into your warbound bank. Yes I also lost everything in my guild bank during that debacle.
At this time, we’re aware of reports from multiple players experiencing similar issues where items, especially stackable ones like pet charms, disappear from the Warband Bank under certain conditions. These incidents are likely the result of a bug, and not due to any intended behavior or removal. But, pet charms and other account-bound currencies are not eligible for recovery through our item restoration tools.
To help our developers investigate this properly, I recommend submitting a bug report through the in-game Help menu. In your report, please include details like the number of charms missing, the last time you remember seeing them, and which character placed them in the Warband Bank.
This is totally sad and unacceptable.
The new banking system will be a mess this is a fact.
