Why do casuals care?

If you’ve already beaten Heroic, and relatively early in the tier, then you’re certainly capable of moving past that. Heroic is not challenging to you, it isn’t something where your team ever had to optimize their play, as evidenced by beating it pretty early on. You’re not doing content that requires you to optimize play, therefore you don’t understand why these barriers that Blizzard is adding to frustrate optimized play are a problem.
