Permanently unable to log-in to character (FIXED)

I’m writing this to report that I cannot be able to log-in to my Level 70 Orc Hunter Beastkillaz, who got disconnected mid-flight during World Quests within the Dragon Isles.

Unfortunately, after scanning/repairing, safely re-locating the character, AND waiting around for 15 minutes minimum to see if the problem fixed itself, I am still unable to play the Orc Hunter I know and love due to instantaneous disconnection, rendering the game permanently unplayable in my jurisdiction. (Also mainly server issues that truly caused this to happen unexpectedly. It’s always the servers let me tell you.)

So if you can be able to fix this dreadful problem AQAP, that would be most helpful in every way possible, even when the next major WoW patch is just around the corner!

Just clarifying, but the relocating you mention - does that mean you tried the self-help stuck character tool?

I have indeed used the self-help stuck character tool just in case I died mid-air. Unfortunately, that rendered my character unplayable by the time I logged back in after waiting for over 15-30 minutes. (I was still using a Dragonriding mount during that time…)

Also, did you try logging into another character on the account to see if it “booted” your main?

Nope. That didn’t do the trick, I’m afraid. Still mounted on the Dragonriding mount and still instantaneously getting DC’ed the moment I logged in. Sure, I can safely say I can log-in to my other characters, but without my main, this game’s dead… :frowning:

Then open a support ticket letting the GM staff know what is occurring.

I can now log-in to my main safely. Apparently there were issues abut disconnections while Dragonriding, and they are currently investigating it.

So therefore, I shall use my Dragonriding mounts ONLY if absolutely necessary. That way I can safely get to specific World Quests that I wish to do at a slow yet steady pace.
