I’m always baffled that people ask for this. Don’t y’all get bored. Like after a certain point and there’s 8 people on the server still playing 120 days in. I’ll never get the allure and apparently blizzard doesn’t see the profit which is why… It never happens. Just my opinion.

theres 10k raiders on classic era which is 5 year old servers. i like these servers because im not timegated what so ever and free to play the game how i please

I mean I guess but after you’ve gotten the gear, the reps, the minimal amount of mounts, etc… what do y’all do? I played tbc and tbc classic and it was fun enough for a short time, but I quickly found I had done everything the game has to offer not only during the original but also in classic. It was boring.

many of us don’t have the time to “done everything the game has to offer…” as you say. we want WAY more time with TBC. plus only being level 70, it’ll still be fun to revisit level 60 content

also theres people that might not get the chance to play tbc in 1 year and might want to come back later. just 1 pvp and 1 pve server will provide a very solid playerbase for years to come

I mean it was out for a couple of years last time… I understand life gets busy but a couple of years you couldn’t get a few reps to exalted, farmed like 8 mounts, and done the raids at least once? I’d 100% be for seasonal servers that lasted at the very most of 4-6 months but any longer then that and I’d think it would just be a waste of money for blizzard.

u dont get the point, we dont want to do all that again just to get forced into wrath. classic era is 5 year old servers with 10k raiders tbc would have similar numbers if not more

If they would not nerf the bosses (pre-nerf vashj was quite hard) and release the TBC raids on a longer schedule, they could maintain a nice 2 year population.

No I don’t get bored of TBC. I’ll never get bored of it. It is the best version of the game. I want to do dailys on Quel’danas for the rest of my life.

The bottom line is, if Blizzard lets the vanilla fans have vanilla Era forever they should respect the players who want TBC Era (and Wrath Era if that’s your thing). Otherwise… “meeting the diverse needs of players” my a**.

And saying they don’t see the profit in it is complete nonsense. I will be unsubbing if we don’t get TBC Era. They only make profit by having TBC Era.

That’s one of my favorite things about TBC, having fun with the vanilla content with smaller groups, without one-shotting everything.

You don’t think it’s strange that the Cata and MoP crowds aren’t asking for or expecting era servers after their cycles complete?

No I don’t think it’s strange at all. I don’t understand how anyone can call those games “Classic”. But if they asked for it, I would support “the diverse needs of players”.

people have been asking for mop-only pvp servers since they ended in 2015 lol
