Hello, I recently got permabanned on my main account for seemingly no reason, I never got an email and I appealed it multiple times and the first time I just got an ai slop response, but after that every gm that responded just said that the right action was taken, without telling me why I was banned. I never did any RMT, cheating, or automation of any kind or anything that would reason a perma ban. The only thing I can think of is when I was making and selling hundreds of flasks far below most people because the prices were so inflated and it was the end of SoD and had nothing else to do. Is there any other action I can take to try and get my account unbanned or is it just gone forever?
The only means to appeal is via the appeals system. As you’ve denoted, you’ve did that and and they was upheld. There isn’t a means to appeal this beyond the route you’ve already took.
Did you check your spam folder for the email? I’m not sure if any SFA’s are still around tonight, but they might be able to give some insight as to the reason, but won’t go into detail.
The only thing you can do is appeal through the formal appeal ticket process. If it’s been upheld then that’s the end.
If you went through the route of the Account Restrictions page, you’ll see a reason why the account action was applied. That is the only valid route to appeal.
Blizzard does not use AI when responding to appeals. They use templates. If you did go through another ticket category, there’s a chance you got an automated message initially, but that still isn’t AI.
Was is a Suspension or ban? There is a difference.

If that were bannable, there would be SO MANY people slapped down and sanctioned. Myself included. The AH is a free market. You’re welcome to undercut to the umpteenth degree, and that is 100% within the rules.
No. If you’ve used your two appeals from your Account Restrictions Page, there is nothing more you can do. And highly suggest you not trying to continue opening tickets via other ticketing paths within the system. It doesn’t bring about anything good for you.
Did it not say on your Account Restrictions page? As far as I understood, it should give you some broad category as to the nature of your sanction.

Sometimes it is tempting to try and get in trouble, just so I can say I’ve gone through the whole ordeal - but I like my clean record. Still, there should be some mention of why you were sanctioned on that page.

Was your account created with your full and current legal information? Your legal address, your legal first and last name, etc.
You definitely were sent an email to the email address on file. That code appears to be one for cheating, hacking or botting. If you’ve gone through two appeals already you’re unfortunately busted.
Were u taking part in any boosting and trading gold with a lvl 1 toon.
yes my account was used using all my legal info, and no ive never boosted anyone or traded with a lv 1 toon, and I promise you I never got an email, I checked and checked for days after i got the ban but never got one.

You can submit a ticket asking for the email to be resent, or wait until Vrak or Lady O pop in, but being the weekend that might not be til Monday.
