Update: I think I got a real person to reply to me through the purchase failure ticket and this is the reply

Following a review of your case, we can confirm that the evidence presented was correct and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate. Our decision in this matter stands and will not be overturned.

What?? They consider this matter closed and no further disccussion? i am not even allowed to send them my passport details to verify its my account? This is really unfair. Im speechless. Im not cheating in game or trying to fraud? I told them I am willing to redo the failed purchase.Payment issue using credit card and debit card In this thread i even ask if its possible for me to purchase battlenet balance card online and use it to purchase the expansion yesterday before my account was closed. So my account from 2008 lost forever? I read online that alot of people got banned and account closure without anyway to appeal it back because they demand a chargeback from their bank for their purchase. But I HAVE never requested a chargeback from the transaction or ask the bank to cancel it. How can they not understand? I truly believe they thought i requested a chargeback from the bank.
