People want bursts to go away but…

People want one shots and bursts gone but everyone says they also don’t want damping games. The only real problem I personally have is that defense trading isn’t often enough to survive mindless damage. I do enjoy the ultra high pace just wish defensives matched up better.

I think the meta is weird right now because sustained is really high but burst cds are also high so it feels like a pve fest

It gets less confusing if you start seeing forum posters less as a people and more as a crowd of monkeys throwing their dungs around

Yeah I really don’t understand healers who say they hate dampening. Dampening makes the game gradually harder until someone dies. Burst is the real problem. I shouldn’t have to trinket a Stormbolt when someone is full health because they’ll die otherwise.

Four seconds is a lot of time when offensive CDs are up.

And it shouldn’t be, that’s the point. Someone’s health should not go from full to zero in roughly 4-5 GCDs total (if two players are hitting someone).

Then what happens early or early-mid game is inconsequential.

Healers hate everything right now. It’s not exclusive to dampening, it’s just a general distaste for the entire game.

Healers in RSS are too dumb to heal through the first 20 seconds of 1 shot macros. This is literally not an understatement.

Im actually totally fine with the burst if you make it so if I’m spam healing i dont die through a rogues garrote/rupture/shiv in the first 15 seconds of the game

I rescued a warr los only for him to charge back in and his logic was “I thought I could counter pressure”

I had spent the last 30 seconds trying to let him do that and was completely out of gas

It’s usually dps neglecting to properly respond. The healer can’t trinket a sap in the opener, and even if they do sometimes their spec can’t save the amount of damage their teammate is about to take.

Heck, a lot of games are just dps not using, healers being forced to use poorly then the dps thinking the healer threw the game when they were forced to by their dps. :dracthyr_hehe_animated:

On the bright side in m+ when sh*t hits the fan I’m really good at pressing all the right buttons

Warlocks in keys are so nice. Their fog horn goes off and they pact at 95%.

Hunters turtle one mechanic per dungeon and usually 3 seconds after it hits them when they’re at 19% hp. Also 0 healthstones/potions used. Often confused as to how their Bloodlust works, too.

My guild was trying to get one of their warrs to practice tank in m+

I was suuuper undergeared to heal the 15 and today the warrior told me he forgot to go in d stance the whole dungeon

Still more healable than most people in rss
