With CDs. Gpy doesn’t require anything except casting time.

So for 18 seconds or however long infernal lasts you can compete with it or go a bit above, meanwhile Gpy’s can be thrown out willynilly nonstop. No resources, no cooldowns, just Gpy, Gpy, Gpy, GPy, Gpy, Gpy, Gpy, Gpy,

None of my CB’s were from an infernal. I don’t even have good traits My numbers are close to that mages, I imagine with better traits, it would be even better

I’d be totally cool with losing some CC/control and/or GPyro if that means fire could be reworked to viable in BGs in other ways. Nerfing GPyro in isolation and calling it a day would just destroy fire mage PvP viability entirely, and as a mage who rolled fire before it was cool (patch 1.6) that would really hurt. I’d rather shelf my mage for an xpac than roll frost or arcane for BGs.
