People are reporting Zombies for killing players, be careful not to get auto-banned!

Enjoy them. All I can say

Enjoy what? Thatā€™s a little cryptic.

The interesting part is his post activity, virtually every single post heā€™s had in the last week has been about this exact topic. He says the same exact rhetoric, ignores anyone trying to have a conversation with him while ONLY posting on threads that have to do with automated bans.

Something tells me heā€™s either extremely lonely and bored so he plays into this obsessive persona or he might actually just be working for Blizzard CS because going off the other blue posts on this topic they all seem to share the same level of incompetent logic.

LOL bro they literally used broad unreviewed strokes to ban people on Monday before walking them back.

At a minimum youā€™re right, and they just employ incompetent people. The more likely thing is the system is automated, and a person hits the ban key after said automation so they can say ā€œoh a person reviewed itā€, and they still employ incompetent people.

Any proof that people are actually mass reporting for this? Iā€™d bet my life savings that you donā€™t have any.

You say, as Iā€™m having conversations with multiple people in multiple threads, including this one.

Have you done any AV, and looked at the chat? Half of it is neckbeards screeching to ā€œreport all levelers, DKs, and boosites afkā€.

I mean what good would providing you proof do? Itā€™s not like you will accept any proof when you say something like that without even bothering to read the context of automated bans thatā€™s taken over the community this past week.

This thread is talking about mass reporting for turning into a zombie and killing people, not AV. Mass reporting in AV is not proof. Youā€™re just making it up because it sounds right but really you have no idea.

Mass reporting is mass reporting regardless of the venue ya dentā€¦

Most people in AV were actually afk and deserve the ban. People going to main cities to grief other people are also deserving of a ban. Neither scenario are false. Do you know what the word false means?

Just report their disinformation as ā€œtrolling.ā€ Theyā€™re obviously here to sow discord in the community and do not care about dialectic in any capacity.

So participating in the world event is grounds for a ban? These are the kind of people who abuse the report system right here jfcā€¦

What if they donā€™t know itā€™s not a bannable thing? There are a lot of people out there that might not be able to figure that out due to lacking certain things.

or you could ban those who abuse it. Kinda like uno reverse slap them

Oh ok. In that case we need to do something about people mass reporting people for making Paladins. People just hate paladins or something. My proof: mass reporting happens.

PVP players?

When nothing happens to me, because players canā€™t automatically ban people in game or on the forums, you will move the goalpost in some fashion.

ā€œWe didnā€™t have enough reports to trigger the auto-ban!ā€
ā€œHeā€™s obviously a Blizzard employee in secret and has special account protection!ā€

Itā€™ll be something along those lines.

Then why did they admit their automated systems had an error and walked back thousands of bans?
