They are using an exploit with it that will allow them to have enough to gain level 40 for season 2 on day one. I know the exploit but I am not allowed to actually post it here due to ToS.
It’s more akin to clever use of game mechanics than an exploit
Abusing the item restoration feature is indeed an exploit.

Oh no the big bad sergeant got Sergeant Major on day 1. I’m not worried, if people wanna sweat, let em sweat. If they really took the time to use item restoration to do some weird Marks of honor turn in for more honor more power to them lol, thats some sweaty stuff
Marks of honor restored to your account last 30 days in the mail and grant 1200xp per turn in.
Thought there was a limit to restorations.
There is no item limit with the restore item feature. OP is not wrong, people are abusing this system right now and will be power leveled day 1 on season 2’s release.
That explains the crazy amount of premades

You can only restore 1 item per 7 days. Not sure if marks of honor can even be restored.
They removed the waylaid supplies from the item restoration, they’ll probably do the same with marks.
That’s not true, you can only use the item restoration once every seven days, but you can restore as many items as you want each time.
limit of 50 but even so thats still 1000 marks if someone managed to delete 50 stacks of them. And even then thats not enough for level 40 i believe. pretty darn close tho.

There is no xp from this quest after the first turn in.
If it awarded xp, then you would get gold for each turn in at level cap. But you do not. Only for the first one.
