If you reduce WOTLK to the changes that Blizz are doing, I must guess you didn’t really enjoy this expansion when it first came out. WOTLK was a lot more than these small changes. The zones, the dungeons, the raids, the classes’ abilities and design, the PVP, the professions, etc etc. We will get to experience WOTLK again, and I’m super hyped about it. Of course, these changes have an impact, I’m not saying they don’t, but to the point of ruining the game? Absolutely not. They are relatively small changes in the grand scheme of things.
WoTLK will be great, coulda been better with RDF though
I get that this is an opinion, it’s ok. But some people are plain reducing WOTLK to RDF and are saying “Wrath won’t be wrath without it”. Seriously how can this expansion be reduced to a queuing interface…
Becauase it lets you play the game and multi task. It also lets you do dungeons if you have limited time to play. Instead of spending 45 min forming a group for an 11 minute dungeon
Queuing heroic dungeons with RDF was my main activity in OG WotLK.
You’re not allowed to make posts here and not be faux outraged. The only good thing about WOTLK was RDF and everybody knows this.

I was doing Ulduar hardmode in a super sweaty guild then, after awhile i decided to take a step back and tbh what made wrath for me was literally a guild i ended up in that were very tight who talked every day and did things togethar as a group. Thats what made wrath for me.
Alright… for me it was doing the actual dungeon, and I intend to do plenty of them, like I did in vanilla and TBC.
You should be happy to know you’ll be able to do more content now that isn’t just heroics. There’s 6 phases so you shouldn’t be mad about heroics that become out dated the second phase 2 hits.
That’s great, and that is still a possibility! I hope you’ll find a home that will make you feel like that again.
“You think you do, but you don’t”
Ever seen someone had to eat more crow before? We want Wrath Classic, not Wrath: Remastered
Same. It was why I resubbed mid-Wrath and pretty much the only reason I kept playing through Cata and MoP.
And you are getting it… thats what I don’t understand lol these small changes by no mean change the foundations of this great expansion.
Post your swp logs so I can know if I can take your opinion seriously or not
Well I like to DO dungeons and not QUEUE for dungeons. Thankfully, this version of WOTLK will still allow us to do dungeons as we did in vanilla and in TBC.
I get it, for some people, it will be less convenient and they get frustrated, but stop acting as if it was the END OF THE GAME. It’s one feature, it’s one button. You will still get to do dungeons.
The actual dungeon? What does that even mean? The dungeons are exactly the same whether you go physically or queue with the dungeon finder.
For a thread about enjoying wrath classic this is sure turning into a RDF thread quickly.
The two go hand in hand for a lot of people.
I agree… because it seems some people reduce WOTLK to RDF… for me it was A LOT more than that.
Like I said in my original post, the foundations of what made WOTLK such a great expansion are still going to be there.
I hope so. I was a new player back then and didn’t even reach level 80 until 3.3. RDF gave me accessibility I wouldn’t have had otherwise.
