Hello my account is flagged because people are abusing mass report. I even got banned for 10minutes the other day because the name of my pet being “imbetter”. Please fix the mass report system or unflag my account. Thank you. And they literally type in the game, please mass report this user. If you need proof, and they type this multiple times. Thank you.
Uh, there’s no such thing as a 10 minute ban. Mass reporting doesn’t lead to any account actions unless a GM applies them once they receive the report. And an appeal would definitely take longer than 10 minutes. It sounds like a GM may have applied an account action in error and then reversed it if anything.
The only thing mass reports can do is temporarily squelch an account if the player is reported for language.
You mean squelched, and a GM apparently felt it wasn’t a valid report. There are no 10 minute suspensions or bans. There is no mass report, it just takes one report, if there are mopre, just means a GM will look at it sooner.
If theres no such thing as a 10 minute ban , why was i not able to log in for 10 minutes after multiple people in goldshire said to mass report me. and typed it in chat and reported my pets name being im better. I cant upload picture or post links or id prove it right now.

I’m not seeing any penalties currently on the account, Furywarrz. I see something from a week ago, where it seems you were silenced, but that wasn’t due to just reports. It was because those reports pointed to behavior that was deemed to have violated our policies.
We don’t have 10 minute silences or suspensions. I’m not sure what may have happened but it sounds like a bug of some kind.
I would however, recommend that you not use your pet to continue to try to interact and harass others by using it with emotes and pointing at other players. That isn’t really a good look.
If someone is harassing you, I’d recommend reporting that.
Any number of things can cause disconnections and an inability to log in. If you received a message that stated your account was suspended, that would be a better indication that such an action took place.
Again though, I’m not seeing a suspension duration on the account.
