Hey everyone, I purchased wow game time for my friend about a hour ago and I have received a email saying the order is pending but nothing after that. I was just wondering if support could check If the order is queued or if something has gone wrong, thank you in advance. edit: I forgot to mention my friend has received no emails

You can keep a check on your Transaction History to see if the purchase finalizes and shows as Complete.

Purchases can take up to 24 hours to finalize – though usually are much quicker than that.
