Just tried to reactivate my frozen account by using PayPal as my funding source, but for some reason it does not seem to be going through. The entire process looks like it worked complete with final "receipt" page. Yet, the account doesn't go active nor do I see any activity on the PayPal end when I look at that account.
Appreciate some help with this so I can get back into playing.

Delete Paypal from your payment options then add it back. Like credit cards have an expiration date, Paypal billing agreements will expire as well. Removing it and adding it back will create a new agreement.
If the account has been frozen due to billing issues I believe Blizzard waits for payment to fully clear before unfreezing the account so its up to the banks

Thanks for the tip. Deleted and re-setup PayPal and it worked perfectly. Going to have to keep that in mind for the future.
