Added funds to my battle.net account to buy new xpac using my paypal (verified, bank account added, debit card) but it said should be 10 mins, but it has been 2 hours. Is this normal?
It isn’t exactly normal, but not unusual either. Paypal can take a bit for the initial processing. Keep an eye on your transaction page, your order appears to be queued right now. It should hopefully move over to completed soon enough.

IS there anyway you could check this or help it move along please? I been waiting for almost 5 hours now, it shows it is stuck on your end in my paypal account.
There isn’t really anything that we can do, no. From what I can see the purchase is still queued, which usually indicates that it is processing and we’re waiting for Paypal. There isn’t a way to force it through.
In most situations these purchase requests go through pretty quick, but we have seen Paypal requests take a good deal longer than other methods of payment.
At the moment, I am not seeing any other folks having an issue with Paypal payments, but we’ll keep an eye out for a potential issue with the process itself.
