After a long time of paying my subscription with WoW tokens, I decided to pay for this month with irl money. So I go through the process and the money gets taken out of my account but no game time was added to my Blizzard account at all?
My bank statement says ‘Blizzard Entertainment Velizy VilacoFR’ took AU$16.50 from me, so it doesn’t seem like the payment was blocked or anything. This doesn’t seem normal to me because when I used to pay with irl money before tokens, the game time was added straight away as I recall.
check in your bnet account see if it’s pending maybe.

It looks like your order failed to go through - so what you were seeing was probably the authorization hold from when the order was attempted. The money wasn’t actually received by Blizzard.
You should see that authorization hold lifted from your account in the next few days, if it hasn’t been already - depending on how your bank handles them. I do see that you were able to get some game time with a WoW Token instead so you should be good to keep playing at this point!
