Trying to buy game time because I just realized my sub lapsed after waiting 30 minutes in queue and blizz wont take my money. keeps saying there was an error try again or try another method and wont let me add a new card

I tried on the app and also on the website, inspecting network im seeing 504 timeouts with cvv challenge, so yea those servers getting hammered.
So I was able to get wow time with gold from retail. which saved me

Payment issues at the moment are likely due to the amount of traffic incoming to the website. Keep trying, maybe even give it a few minutes and try again then. We’ve got all your reports sent up the chain, so hopefully you’ll be able to play soon!

I also cant sub for the game, I either get 502 bad gateway or 504 gateway timeout
I added some blizzard balance that went through smoothly only to find wow subs cant be paid with it
Subscriptions require a payment method that is able to be re-billed. Battle.net balance can’t be. However, you can use balance to buy a block of 60 days of game time.
yeah I don’t have the option to buy 60 days game time on the shop

My account is active, why am I being asked to sub?
They took my money, have the bank statement. No access to the game three hours later.
Because of the launch of Forever today, it’s likely that there is a delay in things being processed. We see this with major game launches, sales, etc.
You will likely just need to give it time.
You can also check the status of your purchase here:

If it shows complete, then it should give you access to the game. If it’s still pending, then only time can fix it. If it’s failed, then there was an issue with the payment.

I’m still having troubles this morning with payment. Is the issue still not resolved? I put in my card, I clicked pay, and the icon is perpetually spinning.
