I have been trying for the last couple of hours to simply add a payment method to battle.net. Honestly, there wasn’t anything wrong with my other payment method but I wanted to switch it to a different card. First I tried to add a new card, which gave me an error, saying it was unable to do so. I then looked at the blizzard article about adding cards, and followed all their suggestions, including clearing cash, disabling any firewall, turning off all other programs etc…
None of this worked. I then followed the last suggestion, which was to delete the card I had been using then trying to add the new one. Did not work, and surprise, now I can’t even add back my original card.
I also tried to submit a ticket on the website, it’s doesn’t seem to want to go through, it’s been “submitting” for the last hour.
Some help would be nice, thanks.

Have you tried a different browser or device? If you have a mobile phone, and it’s not working, try switching to mobile data.

Thanks for the advice. Apparently something is wrong on their end. I tried on my cell phone, without wifi, and that didn’t work either. It’s now to the point where you select add payment method and it immediately says something went wrong. You don’t even get a chance to put in a credit card number.
I wanted to repost this here so that blizzard can be aware that there is a problem with the payment methods on the site. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon, as I deleted my main card, which canceled my subscription and I can’t use the store (wanted a race change).
