I dont even know what category to put this in, but i hope someone can help out.
Well i always used same payment method and always worked, until 7 February.
Im on Europe, but my acoount is in US. Im trying to pay subscription but it doesnt work, i tried multiple cards and doesnt go thru. I spoke with my banks and all of them say the issue is on blizzard side.
What am i suppose to do?
My payment method always worked, and now it doesnt, what am i suppose to do ?
Should i change my account to EU ? is this possible ?
Or blizzard has a fix for this payment issues ? cause honestly GM’s ive spoken with didnt help anything with the information provided.
I know this is a very specific and i assume rare situation , but would be great to have some fix to this.

The payment method must be registered to the same country as the account is registered too.
The payment currency type needs to match as well - I think. This is the one I am not 100% sure of.
The payment system does sometimes have issues and you have to remove the card then re-add it to get it working again. Clearing browser cache and cookies after that, or using a diff browser can sometimes help too if it is a hang up with the shop.
That is not possible. If you have an Americas license then that can’t be moved to the EU. All those chars are Region Locked. You can have up to 8 WoW licenses on your Battlenet account (email address). The Battlenet Account can be registered where you live - and should be up to date. You can buy and play both an EU and a US WoW license under the same Bnet account.
