Hello. Tried to buy Midnight base edition, payment method wanted me to confirm it and then Battle net errored and said the payment could not be completed - I never saw a charge on my credit card. I thought it was a connection issue, so I tried again before removing my card to re add it, at which point I discovered there was one order submitted and two broken ones in my refund history.
I put in a ticket to ask if the orders could be cancelled because none of them show on my bank, but I’m just wondering what other steps I could take and where the error could be from? I’d previously used the card successfully to purchase the transmog bundle.
Yes, as I stated in the OP, the new transmog bundle. Have also used it for 2 weeks of groceries.
ETA: my middle initial is on the card, does that get flagged? There’s no space for MI on BNet. I also can’t enter my exact suite # into BNet because it’s too long and Blizzard support had told me to use a specific shortening of it…
ETA 2: this is the error I got, will go put it into my ticket too.
If all else fails, go buy a Blizzard balance card and use that to pay for Midnight. We have seen a few posts about this issue not long ago. And yes middle initial does matter, we usually put the with our first name is there is no spot for it.
