Has anyone else had problems completing the “Embers of Neitharion” achievement? I didn’t get credit for the first part “a Creche Divided”. I did it but for some reason it didn’t give me credit for it. I did all the other parts of the achievement and got credit for it. Since I have already completed it, it’s not like I can go back and do it again. I can’t seem to find how to submit a ticket anymore. Was it removed? I just keep getting suggestions from blizzard to check wowhead.com. Are they part of Blizzard now? Why does Blizzard make it so hard to get help these days?
It should be there under Contact Support. It sounds like you are in the support pages, but not in the contact part where tickets are submitted.

It will also suggest looking up wowhead. For the most part support does not try to give game hints. So do not be surprised if you even get an automated answer once you submit a ticket.
No, Wowhead is not a part of Blizzard, but again, the main impetus to CS is not always to provide game hints.
For your issue, there seems to be a common theme, finding “A Creche Divided” which seems to be started with this quest.

Have you been able to find Emberthal to complete Return to Viridia as Kozzae linked earlier?
Your character isn’t showing that quest as complete yet.

I was able to finish. That last part isn’t really noticeable as being part of the chain. That, and the fact that you can go on with the rest of the achievement, makes it very easy to overlook. I’m surprised that it hasn’t been more of an issue.
