Leigon was the worst, we waited and waited and waited for pathfinder pt 2 and then they gave it to us and released a zone we couldn’t fly in
I just can’t believe the levels of arrogance coming from Blizzard ever since WoD i mean restricting flight costs them nearly half its playerbase yet they act like that was the plan all along
What kind of message does that send when a company loses so many customers with a bad decision and instead of learning from their mistake in hopes of not repeating it they slam on the gas and continue to not only do it again but they double down on the same stupid nonsense that actually caused this fiasco?
Lost all credibility here. They’ve been more apologetic and responsive this past year than ever before. They’ve admitted BfA had a ton of problems. They’ve admitted they missed the mark on AP and some of their other systems.
I don’t think Shadowlands will be perfect by any stretch, but I think it’s going to be a step in the right direction. And it will get people’s attention. My wife hasn’t played since MoP, and she’s considering coming back for Shadowlands.
Nope, mostly skipped those. 10 rep per wq wouldn’t hurt though, if you have the time.
I stay in warmode but i don’t think that affects rep. Battle for nazjatar might gove rep when its up and you get unstable mana pearl thing to make wqs easier.
Don’t forget to do the laboratory thing once a week. First time gives rep, once weekly might too?
i feel slow, i just dont know how you did it in 2 weeks. im getting about 4 odd weeks just to get unshackled done. havent even really touched the mecha bros yet
it wasn’t the action houses, it was the ridiculous amount of money people got in WoD from the garrisons
that and the fact there was nothing to do in WoD other than raid and collect gold
That’s not the only solution though.
Gold is one currency. I agree, they can’t go back to that for flight.
But gold doesn’t really matter if they implement a different expansion currency (not replacing gold, of course), that ties to leveling/accomplishments/whatever.
Gold in the game is now problematic, but flight>gold really does not need to be aa constraint. This part of the issue, at least, is easy to solve.
Make sure to do the 3 quests you get with follower every day, i think they get a bonus quest every few levels that gives a ton as well.

I still think the pathfinder needs to be adjusted. Maybe bring the tokens back from legion class hall ?

If I recall, there were a lot of BOO!s when Pathfinder was confirmed going forward (not that it was a surprise, and the crowd was happy to voice their displeasure).

At the last Blizz-con Watcher seemingly was annoyed by yet another mention of pathfinder being bad
Yes well he has the power to end it by simply swallowing his pride and admitting the fact that for once he is WRONG or is his ego too fragile to handle conceding a mistake?
I like the idea behind pathfinder. I think we should not be able to fly right away, so that we actually get a feel for the world and are not able to skip content by flying over it.
But, I do hate that it is added later in the expansions rather than right at launch of one. We should have the opportunity to work at it right away, so that after we are through the content we have the ability later on to quickly get to our destinations.
On a side note… No flying should ever be allowed within the Maw. It must kill all who try to rush through.

Maybe if they could come up with something enticing enough to make world content enjoyable rather than simply making world content the pathfinder mini-game that it is.
i wish they had that creativity. like have missle launchers target mounted flyers or soemthing that auto dismounts you
It’s pretty clearly proven that people will keep buying and playing the game regardless. Whether they’re “out of touch” with what you say you want, they’re pretty well in touch with what you’ll put up with. 
u mean like the cool stuff in BC zones such as orgri’la and demon areas where cannons would knock u out of the sky.
Don’t know why they never continued that stuff. Was a nice mechanic.

Well as long as WoW is being created by the B-team formally working on Diabo 3 it should come as no surprise they want to turn WoW into an MMO version of D3
Every iteration of pathfinder has been different. We don’t know what they’ll do for it for shadowlands, so how do we know they haven’t improved upon it? Unless of course, by “improved” you mean “removed”, which personally i don’t think would be an improvement. I like acccount wide flying.
YA! and maybe a reward for pathfinder is just dodging the cannon blasts.
Like just not dealing with the dismount ez reward you can still fly but without a annoyance
