Pathfinder? Again? Lession not learned

I suspect this is how they probably intended it to work.

Obviously basically nobody did that lol

Has anyone outlined specifically what part of pathfinder a person is unable to do if they avoid dragon riding?

right. that would have been prevented if they released them daily.
the urge to just burn thru finding them to see what the abilities were was obviously going to get most of us to do just that. Human nature thing, lol.

Hindsight, Id kinda preferred they were spaced out by the day.

Cant imagine how people can be bad dragonriders, well except if there is some health issues, then i get it.

I think the biggest issue is the time consuming renown grind for something like 6 groups more than anything else.

Myself, its solely about doing ANYTHING MORE than what we had to do for DRIng.

Sen pointed out earlier that the part of the Waking Shore questline that introduces DR requires doing some “through the ring” flying that’s unavoidable.

Also the zones are built for flying, so trying to do all the traveling required to farm up 15 Renown for each faction by foot would be absolutely awful. These zones are bigger than we realize while zooming around them at 1000% speed.

That’s mostly what it is.

Vision issues, motor skill and motion sickness seem to be the main ones ive seen posted in here

They should just let players turn off dragonriding like we turn on WM or something.

So outside of one singular quest that just involves less input than your rotation…it can be done. It just takes longer.

That’s a huge step back from “impossible” that’s being pushed.

This seems more like arguing in behalf of a vague idea of a person for something someone personally wants.

Like all the threads where one uses the “new player” for things they want.

None of it. It’s all rep gain. Maruuk hunts would be difficult because when they’re being completed everyone is flying to the next point, but maybe that’s why you can AFK “in the vicinity” and still get credit?

But I don’t know of anything in the gaining of renown for any faction that strictly cannot be done without dragonriding.

Im sorry…motivations are curious to me…why are you here again?
You like DRing ?
if so, what do you care…more like…what business of yours is it…if others are asking for normal flight as easy as YOU got DRing when that request literally has no bearing on your game whatsoever?

Sorry…I just get overly curious about curious human behavior.

I am also curious about human behavior.

Like the people that are lying to push for pathfinder changes.

doesnt answer my question…“what business of yours” is it if they want flight as easy as you got dragonriding.

focus on the ‘what business of yours’ part…

What business of yours is it why I respond?

Seems a bit hypocritical

some leaks or something we saw actually seem to say thats likely how it will be
static flight versus dynamic flight

Na,

To quote ion

“The world feels larger, feels more dangerous,” he said. “There’s more room for exploration, for secrets, for discovery and overall immersion in the world. At this point, we feel that outdoor gameplay in World of Warcraft is ultimately better without flying. We’re not going to be reintroducing the ability to fly in Draenor, and that’s kind of where we’re at going forward”

Eh, to be fair, that’s basically what normal flying is. And to me, if it’s a solution to accessibility while we have better flying, I just don’t get why Blizz is demanding another Pathfinder. It just seems weird to me, ya know?

Hardly.
When you seem to be more about insulting those who might be having trouble with your ‘curiosity’…while I am here trying to get their agenda pushed thru in order to help them

Do you feel I am insulting them by saying “it’s not impossible to get pathfinder without dragon riding”?
