I have three to really work on right now. No biggie. Having to only do it on one toon and finished is a better trade off to me.
I will be heading down to visit the moles here very soon

Did you try doing things out in the world to gain rep? Pretty much every rep is infinitely grindable in df except i think loamm niffen. If you’re more specific with what reps you still need i may be able to help ya find ways to gain more rep.
They never intended to bring back normal flight into the new zone. They figured dragonriding would force people to remain engaged. And when they needed to take a break to change a diaper or stir a pot, they could fly 10 minutes to some safe location, do their thing, then fly back, thus adding 20 minutes of time played each time they had to get up to deal with household responsibilities, which is something serious gamers don’t do. Players would “adapt”, if they were given no choice.
They probably didn’t even consider that this would hit players who needed accessibility features harder.
Instead, falling participation numbers and undoubtedly a dip in subs meant they couldn’t expect this to solve itself.
Since they can never admit they made a mistake, they’re going to stay the course.
ngl, if household chores are piling up so hard that its significantly impacting your ability to fly in wow i uh…think the problem isn’t wow.
You know you can just land right, lol? No need to fly 20 minutes to step away from your computer.
Although I do look forward to people discovering how large the zones actually are when they are trying to get across them at 1/3 the speed we currently have now.
Yes because for some of us its an accessibility issue with dragon riding.
We should implement pathfinding for dragon riding in old content. It’s only fair instead of going to the flying npc to switch. Otherwise Blizzard should make it so that we can talk to an npc to switch between either or.
That would be okay with me. Honestly that would be a godsend. I could give my brain a break and zone out.
Or pay attention to what I’m watching tv or the other things I do while I play WoW.
Wonder how many druid players are going to get PF so they can finally have flightform again.
For sure I expect CE druids to get it, that fire owl off Mythic Fyrakk is nice.
If youre not out in the world, then you wont miss not being able to fly. Or wait for 2 expansions when they remove it
I should NOT have laughed at this…
But I did
15 Renown is a very low bar. I think I’m of the opinion that if you’re playing this little amount that 15 seems insurmountable, that flying or the lack of flying is inconsequential.
afaik the only faction that hard requires dragonriding is the caverns guys. Everything else, unless I’m super wrong here, can be acquired riding on the ground, which would have been the default travel option until pathfinder, had we not have dragonriding day 1.
Dragonriding had it’s time to shine. Now just give players regular flying as some have been waiting for almost a year for it. Most will use Dragonriding cause it faster, but some just like regular flying cause that speed gives them motion sickness.
I want it back for farming as it easier to stop and go.
i’m not renown 15 with the mole people. in the process of getting there i see why i never did so. Refer to my rant thread from a few days ago.
But yeah every other rep so far has been easy as heck to do. Anyone who still hasn’t hit 15 with the original 4 is just being lazy as heck.

I am not a CE player but I do look forward to re-obtaining flight form for the 8th time.
We should have had both from the start. Make it fair for people with certain disabilities. Accessibility doesnt take away fun from you. You could still dragon ride. I can static fly. We both win.
The goal is that you’ll play more for longer which increases MAUs.
And now you know next time don’t stop playing and stick around to make sure you grind renown over a few months to be ready when the next pathfinder drops.
All for the glorious MAUs.
I havent hit 15 with them because for me its too much of a cluster for me to do. I like having order and structure which is why I liked BFA and SHL. You started with one rep in a questline then you finished that in that area with very little overlap.
DF is a clusterbomb I dont want to touch. It’s too over the place with none of that structure leaving me too overwhelmed. On top of dragonriding making my brain scream. Like I do main content for like maybe an hour every few months and dont do it again for a while.
Thats not being lazy. That’s executive dysfunction coupled with adhd paralysis and meltdowns.
The pathfinder feels more like Blizzard cutting corners and instead of adapting dragonriding flight to druid flight forms or even adapting it fully to dracthyr soar they’re releasing old flight so they don’t got to give druids the faster flight. Old flight feels so slow compared to dragon riding that yeah it should of been handed out for free or at the very least not locked behind renown. At most it should of been stuck behind quest progress and exploring the maps
yeah me refusing to file my taxes until the day or two before they’re due isn’t laziness. its because the systems of the taxes are so confusing that i just can’t be bothered to untangle them.
