I mean, we got the general idea behind the patch, but we still have no idea what else is there that might make or break it in regards to reward structure and such.
If I had any concern, it’s with the fact that it’s still not even on the PTR yet.
If Blizzard listened to what the forums say they hate, they’d develop absolutely nothing, because literally every single thing they make, someone on these forums has complained about excessively.
So it’s a good thing they look at data and facts to determine what they should focus on.
I’m sorry, but what do you expect? Dude rules their version of Hell (or, at the very least, a really terrible Purgatory).
Of course if some shiny jerk like us just waltzes in from some random reality to jailbreak a few SOULS away, why wouldn’t you expect the ruler of a plane of existence to just turn around and be like…
YOU
…and start slinging Shang Tsung powers all over the place?
I like The Maw, WoW could use more dangerous open areas. A bit of danger never killed anyone, it just makes them scream ‘tedious’ at the top of their pampered lungs
That’s lame. At the same time, I can see why, if the story about the four covenants flat out invading the place Avengers: Endgame style is to be believed.
There’s supposed to be some way to do that, yes. Something to do with the Eternal Ones helping us now, so the Jailer’s eye is either busy elsewhere or limited or something.
Yup, which is why I probably won’t be playing much of 9.1.
looks at all the dead bodies in the Maw
Joking aside, it isn’t dangerous to me, it’s just completely uninteresting. I’ve done nothing in the Maw except the intro quests, get my souls and maybe kill one of those quest bosses near the souls. That’s it. I spend zero time there otherwise. Not because it’s dangerous, but because I hate the place and have no interest.
The only requirements for flying in Shadowlands are getting your renown to a certain level and completing the 9.1 covenant storyline on at least one character. The two are effectively intertwined, with flying being the reward for completing the patch story, but you’ll only unlock stages of the story as you get more renown levels.
I know flying is tied to renown. Which is just dumb at this point considering how long it takes to build renown. Should have just stayed with pathfinder.
My comment was based on the minor joke that other guy made
