Had this problem last night, worked for an hour after work, now i’m getting the same issue again.
I’m fully updated in the video card drivers area, ran a windows update last night as well.

Same here. My fiancé and all of his friends can log on just fine though. It doesn’t seem to be server load/time of day thing. I’m just woefully and frustratingly unlucky I guess.

Disheartening actually. Perhaps someone has already posted this, but this is nothing new. Every – single – expansion - character not found.
c’mon - just do better, be better. This is perhaps the most successful game ever in many categories. Blizzard is better than this, but execution … be better.
For me, same as most. I was able to login last night - small queued few minutes, but tonight no such luck. Just get it right - whatever it is - figure it out - and get it right.
I would love to be given some game time for not being able to log in for more than 15-30 min at a time, i mean we are paying them to basically not play because of their issues on patch day. Just like Diablo 3 all over again

Same issue here for 4 different characters across Tichondrius (Full population) and Lightbringer (Medium Population). Characters were logged out in different zones (Orgrimmar, Legion Dalaran, Wrath Dalaran, Zuldazar)
I tried deleting cache, didnt help.
Come on blizzard, this is getting old 
I was playing fine, I tried to log in with another character and now I get the “Character not found” with all my characters.

Same issue here.
I opened the nazjatar cache and blew my mind what was inside of it… then I lost connection. Now I can’t see my characters lol.

Same, can’t log in either on Area 52, character not found.

I reported this issue last night around this same time, still same issue tonight. QQ.
Was working leveling in Exiled Reach on Proudmoore, went to switch characters and BOOM same issue as last night. Strike 2 Blizz.

Didn’t work here.
Would it be related to the battlenet authenticator? I’m saying this because my friends who dont have it have no problem whatsoever. Just a thought…
Started doing this again tonight - I logged out for dinner and now I can’t log on. I get 3/4ths of the load bar and then ‘Character Not Found’ on Stormrage.
I really try not to whine but man this is infuriating.

I have no authenticator, am having the issue also
I got to play before for a good solid 5 minutes… after not being able to at all last night… no addons… fully updated including system…
Fail… I wish we paid by the hour or something instead of monthly… then maybe this kind of problem they would fix rather fast since they would be losing money.
