Same here. The problem went away for me pretty early last night, now its back.
I get stalled on āRetrieving Realmā and when it finally does, none of the servers that I have toons on are available.

I thought this crap was fixed by now, I mean seriously, How hard can it be to launch a patch successfully??
How is it that every single patch fails to launch smoothly? In the year 2020, with a game almost 20 years old, and you still canāt get it right?? Iām blown away.

happening to me as well - i shouldnāt have switched toons ! wonāt show i have characters, i get a black screen that eventually loads to show my characters, then i get the not found error trying to enter world.

AS the title stays, more than 24 hours after the pre-patch went live and I still am getting āCharacter Not Foundā over and over and over. There is nothing in launcher saying there are still Authentication Server problems, and Iām only running 3 add-ons (ElvUI, DBM, Weak Auras) I can get in every now and then, but anytime I swap characters back to Character Not Found.
