Character not found for hours, tried making a new character and it doesn’t recognize that I have all allied races unlocked, character boost is missing. I think our accounts are desync’d or something.
The launcher is now showing that I have no characters on any server, I have 38!

Adding my own name to this list. Moon guard, all 23 characters are “not found”.
Super frustrating.
If you are talking about the server listing but no character numbers by the side of it, they are there just not showing up there.
Also having character not found on 3 of my lvl 50 characters. Tried deleting WTF and cache to see it if it did anything but didnt
was able to log into a character that I havent logged in on yet since the patch dropped.

I’m not even attempting to log onto 50 characters. Please for the love of [insert deity here] will the servers just get fixed already.

I’m also getting the “Character Not Found” and “Character Creation timed out” messages on Nagrand.
Same issue here. I have characters on Area 52 (mentioned many times in this thread), but the issue persists on all servers and all characters.
*wtg Blizz, waited all day for the patch, dl and I still can’t play the game due to char not found. So much for working the bugs out prior to launch. And no, I’m not new to Blizz, this is pretty much expected every time a new xpac is released… sad to say.
was able to get on for about an hour, hour and a half, and just now started getting the error again.
On Stormrage. Experiencing this with all of my characters for the past two hours.
still the same on trollbane. i understand it’s a pre-patch, but i’ve been playing since vanilla and EVERY TIME it’s the same issues. also props to the server mergers making trollbane a high pop server - i can’t wait to be back into log-in queues.
Kel’thuzad Alliance. Took forever for char screen to come up and now i’m on attempt #53 trying to log in. #CharacterNotFound
I’m having the similar login issues. The screen starts off black, then characters appear after 30-45 secs. I click on a character to “Enter World” and 3/4 of the bar in it stops. Another 45 sec - 1 min later, pop up comes up “Character Not Found” and then returns to login screen all black. Rinse and repeat process over and over again. My wife log ins and has no issues.
Now my characters are not showing up anymore. I log off and on and now there are no characters for me to log into on any realm. Where am I?
Yeah, same here. Was getting this issue, then a small patch happened and I got in… Tried to switch characters, got booted, then back to “character not found”.

exactly what happen to me went to change now i cant get on at all
same here on Stormrage… none of my toons can be found
Still unable to log on to any of my characters on Cenarion Circle/SoE
