To all those saying it’s too fast for people playing both games, perhaps the problem isn’t the release schedule, but the fact that you’re trying to play two games competitively and simultaneously.

I think I know the problem here, and it’s not the release schedule. ROFL!
It’s one thing to have an opinion on the release date, but it’s entirely another matter to ASSUME it would drop in January and thus do nothing to prepare, DESPITE Naxx being tested on the PTR, which should’ve been a huge clue it would not be long,.

This is awful timing for players who play both retail and classic. Please for the love of god do not do this. Release Naxx in Jan when we have time to dedicate and enjoy the content of both of these things.

I’ll probably only miss one full lockout. Still feels bad that early in the phase and a lot of people will miss more than that.
That’s no different than the last 4 phases yet they stuck with vanilla like schedules. Why are they changing that now?

I am so totally over AQ at this point. Really don’t wanna keep doing it. BUT. This is not a good time to release Nax. Why is the scourge invasion not happening as a lead in to Nax as it should? And why, oh lord why is the raid opening on a Thursday? Do the invasion for 2 weeks before, and drop the raid on a Tuesday. Like Jan 5th.
why is the scourge invasion launching with nax? wasnt there a few weeks of invasion leading up to nax in vanilla? Makes me think theyre rushing everything out before year end for some sort of yearly profit report.

I know that you want to push naxx for Q4 to finish off the fiscal year in the green…or at the very least flat. The thing is, if you push it too quick like you are, you won’t only be killing 100’s of guilds over every realm in classic, but also losing thousands of dollars due to players quitting the game. You have several servers that JUST opened AW gates less then four weeks ago. I don’t quite understand what the mentality of listening to your donors or your board of directors and looking at us as just dollars. If people would actually take care of the game and the community, and listen that this is rushed, the players will stay and the subs will grow. Yes, phase 5 is rough-but phase 6 will be even worse. Once you’ve got your big time guilds clearing naxx - after two weeks you’ll have players cancel their second, third, or even their primary account bc their goal of seeing the content they never did in vanilla has been achieved.
You want to release new content? Release the scourge invasion. Let people ENJOY that. Let people PLAY the game-then release naxx. Doing them at the same time seems like it’s a big “f you” to the community just to push paper before the quarter ends.

Shadowlands and Holidays and everything else is too crammed into the end of the year. This should be delayed.
