No they’re not, and pants, ring and cloak don’t override azerite, and you can swap out chest shoulder and head to turn in quest, then put on azerite back.

And 20% (assuming you even HAVE the ring) isn’t something to write home about. I only level through Timewalking nowadays because BFA questing, especially horde side, is atrocious and I can fully utilize legiondaries and such all the way through to 120 instead of my throughput being neutered at 116. Also, you can generally have nice people throw gear at you along the way so you are like 345 at max level as opposed to 260 or whatever ridiculously low number it is.

You can buy trinket that heals you for 11k per kill on lvl 111, along with bunch of crafted 111 gear, paired with heirloom pants and cloak alone, and azerite gear, you can swim through BFA in a few hours, are you joking or?

If it only applies to people you que with whats to stop the people selling these from joining solo but refusing to accept the group until they’ve confirmed with their customer that they both have recieved the queue pop up?

I can clear a normal island solo in a little over a minute (without the island vendor perks). I can also do a normal freehold boost on this guy in less time that a 110 Twink can do. This change is meaningless; as if I can do this now, in the future I’ll be able to do it faster because of more gear.

So they just move on to other types of carries - what difference will it make. Mythic plus carry advertisement or 110 freehold carry ?

That doesn’t seem so bad to me then? I have no intention of queueing with twinks so I wont be losing out on exp.

Exactly. I’m presuming it was instituted for situations where something like a level 100 with perfect sets of legendaries and beautifully geared takes people through a BfA dungeon where they get heaps of experience while the 100 has their experience turned off. At least that’s what I think. I’ve never done it so I’m going on the fact that others mentioned Freehold.

I didn’t even know these twink boost EXP runs in Islands and Freehold were a thing until now. I wonder what people complaining about this “affecting” the fun of the game do in regular RPGs, without a boost service :thinking:. I seriously thought everyone levelled like I did at 110-120, by just doing the zones, dungeons and quests :see_no_evil:.

It’s so fast, why do you need to make it faster? All it means is you have an even more boring time trying to complete the zone stories because you’re at 120, and overloaded with all the 120 quests.

I’m with the minority on this thread, this is a good change, but they need to work out a way so this can’t be used for trolling.

There is a difference between taking 2 hours from 110 to 120 and taking 10 hours. My time is worth paying for that difference.

However, I expected this was coming and only need to get my hunter up this week before the change. Might not even bother doing all that crap in 8.2 for flying since I actually don’t need it now, it took so long coming.

Gotta love the approach for this.

Don’t fix level scaling which has been broken since release. Don’t separate no XP queues from normal ones. Don’t even disable the effects of Legendaries as they are Legacy items.

Instead, punish everyone else who doesn’t have their…XP off, and have them start a witch hunt to find out who’s doing it?

What? I just woke up and I’m still having trouble believing this is real.

Well that’s like your opinion. Don’t force your viewpoint on others. If you want to sit there and waste your time with content that isn’t the current focus that’s your prerogative not others.

WHO CARES ABOUT TWINKS it shouldn’t have any effect on standard players however if that’s the case just remove the xp off npc…Issue solved. If people want to twink then do it in Classic. #solved
